Pilates Mat
A total body workout that uses the Pilates principles and mat exercises to increase strength, flexibility, improve posture, reduce stress and create long lean muscles while creating a mind/body connection.  This is a great class for all levels from beginner to the advanced student.  Small props may be used during class.  Please wear comfortable workout attire and no shoes (bare-foot or socks with grips are recommended).
Barre Fusion
A fun way to strengthen, stretch and tone the entire body while targeting the muscles of the core, legs and arms using the principles of Pilates and Ballet Barre techniques.  The class begins on the mat for a warm-up and then moves tot he Barre.  Class is set to upbeat music to increase the heart rate and enhance your mood.  Various props will be used to help keep the class interesting and fun!  No dance experience required.  Please wear comfortable workout attire and no shoes (bare-foot or socks with grips are recommended).
Pilates Suspended (Bodhi/TRX)
Suspension Training meets Pilates!  Class will consist of alternating weeks of TRX and Bodhi Suspension training.  Suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability at the same time while using your own body weight as resistance.  TRX uses a strap that has one anchor point with 2 suspension points, while Bodhi has 2 anchor points with 4 possible suspension points.  Both TRX and Bodhi will be taught using the Pilates principles for all exercises.  Please wear comfortable workout attire.  Indoor gym shoes can be worn for TRX, but prefer barefoot or socks with grips for Bodhi._
Small Equipment Pilates
A more athletic workout, for the client that wants to take Pilates to the another level working on small equipment using Pilates fundamentals and principles. Equipment may include the following: MOTR, Pilates Arc, Orbit, Bodhi, balls and various other equipment.  Class may be on one piece of equipment or several can be a circuit class at times.  Class will be different each week. Clients will need previous Pilates experience to attend this class.
