Reformer/Tower (Maximum of 3 people)
Pilates on the Reformer, Tower, Chair and jump board gives you a great total body workout. You will see an increase in strength, flexibility, improve posture, reduce stress and create long lean muscles using a mind/body connection. The class is not limited to just the above equipment but may also use the MOTR®, Bodhi®, arcs and other equipment. The class may be a stand alone-class on one piece of equipment, or a circuit type class on multiple equipment.
A great class for all levels from beginner to advanced. Please wear comfortable workout attire and no shoes (bare feet or socks with grips are recommended).

Barre Fusion (Maximum of 10 people)
A fun way to strengthen, stretch and tone the entire body while targeting the muscles of the core, legs and arms using the principles of Pilates and Ballet Barre techniques. The class begins on the mat for a warm-up and then moves tot he Barre. Class is set to upbeat music to increase the heart rate and enhance your mood. Pilates Suspended (Bodhi/TRX) (Maximum of 5 people)
Suspension Training meets Pilates! Class will consist of alternating weeks of TRX and Bodhi Suspension training. Suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability at the same time while using your own body weight as resistance. TRX uses a strap that has one anchor point with 2 suspension points, while Bodhi has 2 anchor points with 4 possible suspension points. Both TRX and Bodhi will be taught using the Pilates principles for all exercises. Please wear comfortable workout attire. Indoor gym shoes can be worn for TRX, but prefer barefoot or socks with grips for Bodhi._

A more athletic workout, for the client that wants to take Pilates to the another level working on small equipment using Pilates fundamentals and principles. Equipment may include the following: MOTR, Pilates Arc, Orbit, Bodhi, balls and various other equipment. Class may be on one piece of equipment or several can be a circuit class at times. Class will be different each week. Clients will need previous Pilates experience to attend this class.

Duet Session (50 mins)
A Duet or Semi-private 50 minutes session will be designed for 2 clients to meet their needs and goals. Each session will be different and using a variety of Pilates equipment in the studio including but not limited to: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Barrel, Chair and other small equipment. This session is great for all levels of Pilates clients from the beginner to Advanced level and any age. The duet session will give great results while teaching the client to move with ease during their daily lives while. A duet session will be a little more of a workout than a private session. You must have 2 people signed up to take this session.
